My Grandparents Generation: My grandparents are Albert Edward BOGGISS and Eva Mary REILLY.  Albert is the eldest child of Harry BOGGISS and Clara Maud PRINCE and was born 13/1/1907 in Apiti, New Zealand.  He married Eva on 19/8/1936 in Hamilton, New Zealand and died 5/10/1968 in Katikati, New Zealand. Albert had two brothers and a sister. William George BOGGISS was born 30/10/1908 in Cambridge, New Zealand and married Doris Isabelle BOLTON on 16/7/1938 in Hamilton, New Zealand.  Doris died 6/2/1970 and he then married Mona Edna Blanche DUNN in 1972.  Mona died in February 1983.  William died 29/7/1987 in Te Awamutu, New Zealand. Hazel Jean BOGGISS was born (private) and married Alfred Peachey ADAMSON on (private).  Hazel is my eldest living relative. John Hales BOGGISS was born 7/6/1917 in Te Awamutu, New Zealand and married Aileen WIGHTMAN on 8/4/1939 in Kawhia, New Zealand.  John died 24/12/1978 in Pirongia, New Zealand.

My Great Grandparents Generation: My great grandparents are Harry BOGGISS and Clara Maud PRINCE.  Harry is the eldest child of Hales BOGGISS and Jane BARNES and was born 15/1/1876 in Hull, England.  He married Clara on 27/3/1906 in Apiti, New Zealand and died 24/4/1963 in Pirongia, New Zealand. Harry had three sisters. Bertha BOGGISS was born 27/4/1879 in Hull, England and married David Leopold FOSTER in 1899.  Bertha died 25/7/1957 in Auckland, New Zealand. Emily BOGGISS was born 5/1/1882 in Foxton, New Zealand and died on 18/8/1909 in Pirongia, New Zealand. Jane BOGGISS was born 27/1/1886 in Foxton, New Zealand and died on 8/11/1907 in Levin, New Zealand.

My Great Great Grandparents Generation: My great great grandparents are Hales (named Daniel on his birth certificate) BOGGISS and Jane BARNES.  Hales is the third child of John William BOGGISS and Lucy GOULD and was born 24/10/1852 in Bradfield, Essex, England.  He married Jane on 24/4/1875 in Hull, England and died 2/9/1922 in Pirongia, New Zealand. Hales had one sister and three brothers. Ellen BOGGISS was born about 1848 in Bradfield, Essex, England.  (Ellen was aged 2 years as at census 30/3/1851). John BOGGISS was born about 1850 in Bradfield, Essex, England.  (John was aged 4 months as at census 30/3/1851). Robert BOGGISS was born about 1857 in Bradfield, Essex, England.  (Robert was aged 3 years as at censes 30/3/1861). Arthur BOGGISS was born about 1860 in Bradfield, Essex, England.  (Arthur was aged 7 months as at census 30/3/1861).

My Great Great Great Grandparents Generation: My great great great grandparents are John William BOGGISS and Lucy GOULD.  John is the eldest child of William BOGGISS and Lucy ? and was born in 1828, (was aged 22 years as at census 30/3/1851), in St Osyth, Essex, England.  He married Lucy on 17/1/1850 in Bradfield, Essex, England and died 1/5/1870 in Wix, Essex, England. John had two brothers, both named William. William BOGGISS was born about 1829. William BOGGISS was born about 1832.

BOGGISS Emigration details: The BOGGISS', who were assisted emigrants, boarded the ship "Arethusa" which sailed from Plymouth, England on 3/9/1879.  It docked at the Port of Wellington, New Zealand at 9pm on 7/12/1879.  Passengers included the following: BOGGISS, Hales (26) BOGGISS, Jane (25) BOGGISS, Harry (3) BOGGISS, Bertha (4 months)
